Greeting from the President of 16th PASMISS Meeting
We extend to all of you a very warm greeting from the warm Country of Indonesia. We are honored to be able to conduct the 16th PASMISS meeting, which is the 3rd time for indonesia to host the meeting; scheduled on 12-14 August 2016.
The yearly minimally invasive spine surgeon meeting which has initiated by 5 friendly neighboring countries: Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Indonesia; now has grown and been growing increasingly; harboring no fewer than 63 outstanding spine surgeon from 50 centers of 12 countries.
Every year we gather not only to sharpen and share our knowledge and experiences in spine surgery especially minimally invasive surgery; but also to enjoy cultural and friendship vacation-like moments together with family and colleagues.
Bali - the famous tourist attraction over beautiful white sand beach and calming terraces of paddy fields, carpets or gardens is streamed with rain forest, ancient banyan trees, pines, orchids, and other tropical lush will surely accommodate our enjoyable and efficacious meeting.
The knowledge spine surgery is evolving continuously, thus we feel the constant need to update and keep abreast of new cutting edge concepts; yet we could not defy that not everything could be taken into our daily practices. The committee is honored to invite our outstanding speakers from Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Japan to rationalize these new developments into basic MISS concept that would enable practicing spine surgeons to modify their techniques and practices and this build up the best practices in the field.
The committee invites all spine surgeons and fellows to send their research and papers to be acknowledges and appreciated by colleagues and seniors from other centers and countries. Please forward our website to register and look for early bird registration and other meeting news.

Greeting from the Honorary chairman, Asia Pacific Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery
Dear colleagues, welcome to attend the 16th PASMISS in Bali this summer from Aug 12-14. As you may know, the academic organization has gradually expanded and grown up through the effort of all the spine specialists in the Asia Pacific region. We now come back to the birthplace of PASMISS.
In Bali, you shall meet many experts and share your ideas and experiences with them. Most importantly, don't forget to invite your family to enjoy the lovely ocean flavor. Our Indonesian hosts, Professor Zairin Noor and Komang Agung have already opened their arms and wait your visit at Westin Hotel.
